Founded by Peter McCamley and Pablo Albani, Studio P3 is an interdisciplinary studio driving business and interior design solutions with insight and creativity to deliver places that benefit people and the planet.
Founder & DIRECTOR
Peter McCamley
Peter is a recognised and respected industry leader with 35 years’ experience across commercial markets in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Peter is a client focused leader responsible for driving Studio P3’s strategic engagement, market growth and optimising client opportunity through facilitating and aligning stakeholder vision.
His experience spans across private sector and Government agency having led recognised landmark projects including Westpac, Microsoft, ABC and EY. As an open and transparent communicator, Peter has led executive and business engagement supporting design teams to achieve innovative and tangible project outcomes, realising the powerful impact design can have on business performance and culture. Peter is a passionate and proactive contributor to the development and positioning of the interior design industry including Mentor to members of Building Pride and Corenet Global Australia Program Committee Executive.
Founder & DIRECTOR
Pablo Albani
With over 20 years in the design industry, Pablo is recognised for his expertise that extends across workplace, tertiary education, and the hospitality sectors. His passion for design balanced with a commercial understanding has realised landmark environments across Asia Pacific. With a strong client relationship focus and engaging communication style, Pablo leads the Studio P3 design output and creative market position with an innate ability to engage with and coordinate teams, facilitating the untapped creative potential of people and places.
Pablo has represented major multi-national clients including Microsoft, Chanel, Westpac, Ausgrid and Western Sydney University and is an active member of several industry associations including Advisory Board TAFE Curriculum for Interior Design and Advisory Board Denfair Trade Show.
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Lemuel Capili
A creative designer Lemuel’s collaborative approach centres on client objectives and in achieving considered resolved design outcomes. Lem brings a unique balance of creative and analytical attributes with an innate capability to capture and translate strategic objectives into tangible design outcomes. Motivated toward project opportunity Lemuel embraces a team-oriented manner toward untapping the potential within a project through research and a commitment to exploration ensuring each project draws upon its business unique attributes. Adept in tapping into the unique cultural insights of an organisation or place and its contribution to informing successful identifiable design outcomes. Lemuel’s project success includes Ausgrid, Chanel, TPG, Mirvac and Westpac.
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Rose Horton
A recent graduate of a Bachelor of Design in Interior Architecture at UTS, Rose has been involved in the Commercial & Workplace Design since 2023. As an emerging design talent Rose has a deliberate and detailed eye supportive to the realisation of project objectives and designing for custom, end-user interactions. Rose has a passion and focus toward industry sustainability initiatives across product and materials and Studio P3 actions towards achieving sustainability outcomes across our project portfolio. Rose has worked across commercial projects of various size, budgets and time frames and having come from a previous Design and Construction environment brings a maturity through firsthand exposure to construction processes and the critical importance of understanding buildability.
TECHNICAL LEADER
Gia Chau
An integral part of SP3, Gia brings technical expertise in project coordination and in leading and coordinating project teams to deliver design detail, documentation, and construction coordination. A critical role in the coordination of SP3 project teams and external consultancy partners and the quality of our outputs, Gia brings significant experience adopting the latest design tools, including BIM, Revit, and other digital tools. Gia’s experience incorporates leading technical outputs and coordinated packages for Ausgrid, Chanel and Mirvac.
INTERIOR DESIGNER (GRADUATE)
Marli Volonakis
Marli is an emerging interior designer with a strong understanding of workplace environments, furniture specification and supplier coordination. With experience across a number of speculative workplace projects, she brings a practical and highly organised approach to project delivery, supporting both the creative and operational aspects of the design process. Holding a Bachelor of Design in Interior Architecture from Torrens University / Billy Blue College of Design, Marli has worked across furniture reuse assessments, sourcing and product coordination. Her collaborative nature and attention to detail support the delivery of thoughtful, functional and commercially responsive workplace environments.
