Building Workplace Pride Networks

Studio P3’s Lemuel Capili is an active member and co-chair of Queers in Property (QIP) and part of its Queerleader Committee, contributing to events and conversations across the property and design industry.
Lem was recently involved in QIP’s Empowering Queermunity: Building Your Workplace Pride Network, a national event presented in partnership with Urbis across Sydney and Melbourne.
Bringing together people from across the industry, the event explored the practical side of building workplace Pride networks, Diversity & Inclusion committees and Employee Resource Groups, from getting started to maintaining momentum and creating genuine engagement.
Being involved in QIP is another way to connect with the broader industry, exchange ideas and contribute to conversations about the workplaces and communities we create.
Because good places start with understanding the people who use them.
