We were engaged to undertake a comprehensive review of the existing executive workplace—specifically focusing on optimising the performance, functionality and experience of the organisation’s boardroom.

Our scope centred on understanding current operational challenges and identifying opportunities to uplift the room’s acoustic integrity, workflow efficiency and overall presentation. The redesign introduces a refreshed, future-ready executive environment through an integrated approach to spatial planning, AV technology, lighting, acoustics and materiality. The spatial reconfiguration subtly extends the footprint by reshaping the adjacent antespace, delivering a more seamless and intuitive entry sequence.

Historically impacted by the building façade, the acoustic performance has been significantly refined through upgraded glazing treatments, soft finishes, carpet replacement and automated window blinds, ensuring clarity for both in-room and remote participants.
