Designed for ConnectionInfoTrack is a leading SaaS technology innovator and pioneer of eConveyancing, with a business culture shaped by continuous innovation and evolution. Studio P3 has supported InfoTrack across its Sydney and Melbourne portfolios, most recently repositioning its workplaces at Barangaroo and Spring Street to better reflect the way the business operates today.
Across 2,300sqm in Sydney and 1,000sqm in Melbourne, the environments were conceived to capture the dynamic character of an agile technology business, balancing collaborative project spaces and creative hubs with areas for focused work. Rather than adopting a conventional workplace model, the design provides a variety of settings that allow teams to move fluidly between different modes of work, supporting both individual productivity and collective thinking.
Creating CommunityAt the heart of each environment is a strong communal presence, with breakout and hospitality spaces providing a social anchor for everyday interaction, informal collaboration and connection. These spaces are deliberately multi-functional, transforming to accommodate team gatherings, town halls and industry events while supporting the more informal moments that contribute to workplace culture. Working within existing fitouts and live operating environments required a highly considered approach to planning, acoustics, services and staging, ensuring the new workplace could evolve without compromising business continuity.
The result is a flexible, people-focused environment that extends beyond the traditional workplace to support InfoTrack’s culture, community and ongoing growth.
