Studio P3 have been engaged by IAG / NRMA in the continued evolution of the NRMA branch network. The multisite program incorporates the role out of new or refurbished customer environments supportive of, realising a premium customer experience, reinforcing connection to the community and providing balanced choice between customer interaction or digital experience. Each site is reflective of NRMA’s commitment to an environmentally sustainable environment and providing a consistency of brand and customer familiarity across each location. The experience provides for intuitive navigation, open and transparent engagement whilst supporting privacy needs to NRMA customers.
