A Place for People, Ideas and Exchange

Studio P3’s new studio is conceived more than a workplace – it is a destination for exchange, knowledge sharing, creative dialogue, and hospitality - a place where our people feel at home, and where clients, collaborators and the design community are welcome.

 A Curated Experience

Located in a uniquely repositioned building in Surry Hills, immediately adjacent to the Surry Hills light rail, the studio reflects both its urban context and the character of Studio P3.  Professional but relaxed, considered but informal, the environment is designed to support the way we believe good design is realised through conversation, curiosity, collaboration, and the sharing of ideas.

At the heart of the studio is the design worktable.  It provides a visible centre of gravity for the practice, creating transparency across the team and enabling ideas, knowledge, and creative thinking to be shared openly.  A more relaxed ‘living space’ provides opportunities for less structured conversation and connection, complemented by meeting space, focused work areas and an external terrace.

Culture & Context

The result is a studio that is multipurpose and  residential  in function and can shift effortlessly between focused design work, creative exchange, informal conversation, and hospitality.

The studio provides a physical expression of our belief that design is enriched by culture and context.   Artwork curated from Australia and New Zealand is integrated throughout the space, creating a deeper sense of place while contributing an evolving creative narrative to the studio.

Our studio reflects how we want to work and how we want to engage—with our people, our clients, and the industry.
